Meet Lauren!

Hi y'all! I fell in love with man's best friend at a very young age, and I soon realized I had a knack for training and molding a puppy into a disciplined and obedient pet! Ever since I first discovered how amazing it is to have a pet that is loyal and obedient, I have yearned to share that experience with dog owners everywhere! Since then, I have done extensive research into dog behavior and psychology. I have trained many dogs/puppies over the years, developed and emplemented many of my own techniques, and helped countless families with tips and tricks to use with their furry friends! Whether you simply want a well-behaved family pet, or you want to go above and beyond and teach your canine companion every trick in the book, I look forward to helping you and your dog better understand each other and create a lifelong bond!
Meet Cynder!

After her owners decided that Cynder was not a good fit for their family, Lauren decided to rehabilitate and care for her. She was about 10 months old at the time and she had been through minimal training. Her family did not have the time to raise and watch after Cynder, and she began to develop bad habits. After a few months of training and reconditioning with Lauren, she became an obedient and very loyal companion with lots of personality! She is now about 4 years old and is an excellent training assistant for Lauren as she is very good at communicating with people and dogs through her body language!
Cynder is very intelligent (This is true for most Dobermans) and learns very quickly. She has learned more verbal and physical commands/cues than Lauren can count! Cynder has also been off-leash trained and loves to go outside the fence to play frisbee or explore the woods!
Here are just a few of the commands and tricks that Cynder has learned while under Lauren's training:
-
"Spin"
-
"Bang" (play dead)
-
"Through legs" (walks through your legs)
-
"Up"
-
"Down"
-
Fetch (ball or frisbee)
-
"Shake"
-
"Say Hi" (opens mouth to smile and show you her teeth)
-
"Come"/"Here"
-
"Leave" (multipurpose command for dangerous situations/toy release/cease alert barking, etc
-
"Now" (completes previous command with urgency)
-
"Lay down"
-
"Stand" (gets up from laying down and remains still)
