1 Hr In-Home Training Sessions:

$25/hr for puppies < 1yr

$30/hr for dogs > 1yr 

Trainer will come to your home after an assessment to help you and your family overcome any issues and learn new tips/tricks!

1-day Behavior Modification Training:

$50 - 9AM to 5PM
This can be utilized as necessary to either teach new skills or break bad habits. This service has limited availability.

Boot Camp

(3 day/2 night stay): $150

Your dog will be boarded with your trainer for the duration of the stay and receive an intensive mental and physical workout! After their stay, your trainer will update you on your dog's progress and advise on any changes that will be benificial for your dog to live a happy, healthy life!


*Boot Camp availability is limited and will only be utilized if it is determined that your dog needs more training than can be achieved in weekly 1hr sessions. 

Philosophy:

At Pawsitive Reinforcement, the goal is for each owner to have a large part in training the dog themselves. This leads to a greater bond with their dog and more control for the owner. While, training camps where your dog is away from you can be helpful...it's not the best way for your dog to learn. Dogs will naturally respect their trainer, which means that if you are able to learn how to implement training techniques on your own you will have greater success. It takes patience, discipline, and a true desire for change to be able to train or rehabilitate a dog. If you decide your dog needs training or has become out of control, please evaluate the time you have for your pet and whether you are able to dedicate yourself to the training and love they need.

Puppies (3mos-1yr)

Puppies should begin training as soon as they come home! A 15-week-old pup should already be able to do basic commands such as sit, come, and shake. Any training, manners, or tricks you would like your furry friend to learn should be taught to them by the time they are about 8 months to 1 year old. After this age it becomes more difficult to condition your pet. With Pawsitive Reinforcement training, the goal is to provide you with the tools and tricks needed to become a confident pack leader. The Pawsitive Reinforcement mentality creates pets that are balanced, mentally and physically, because they know what their owners expect of them!

Dogs (1yr and older)
